Umingle Account Suspended Without Any Explanation, I Need A Solution
My Umingle account on the web platform was permanently blocked without any clear explanation. When I try to log in, I only see a “You are banned” message with a Ban ID and a note saying “Under 18”, which is not true for me. I am an adult user, and I have always used my account in line with the rules. This suspension started approximately two months ago and my account has remained blocked since then. I did not receive any prior warning, detailed reason, or information about which exact rule I allegedly violated, and I was not given any chance to clarify my situation. I tried to reach your official support by email but have not received any response, so I am submitting this complaint here. I kindly request that my case be reviewed carefully, that you verify my age and activity on the platform, and that you reactivate my account if there is no valid violation. If there is a specific issue, I also ask you to clearly explain what rule was considered violated so that I can understand and avoid any similar situation in the future.
