Umingle Account Recovery Request After Under 18 Ban

I would like to respectfully appeal the ban on my Umingle account, which I use via the web version on my PC. When I try to log in, I see a message stating that my account is banned for being “Under 18” and that I need to pay Rp39,900 for an “Instant Unban”. I would like to clarify that I did not intend to violate any rules and I did not try to misrepresent my age. If I made any mistake while setting up or using my account, I sincerely apologize. I fully understand that Umingle must protect younger users and provide a safe environment for everyone, and I respect these rules. I kindly request that my account be manually reviewed, especially regarding the “Under 18” ban reason and the payment prompt for unbanning. If this decision is based on an error, misunderstanding, an incorrect report, or an automated moderation process, I would be very grateful if you could reconsider the ban and restore my account. If I did violate any rule, I would appreciate the opportunity to correct it and, if possible, receive a second chance or a less severe penalty instead of a permanent ban. I genuinely enjoy using Umingle and would like to continue using the platform in a responsible way.
