Umingle Account Blocked Without Reason and Access Requires Payment

I am writing regarding a problem with my Umingle account, which I access via Google. On 7 October my Umingle account was suddenly banned, and when I tried to log in, I saw a message on the Umingle website stating that my account is blocked and that I have to pay 39,900 Rp by credit card to remove the ban. I did not receive any clear explanation for this ban, and I do not accept being forced to make a payment just to regain access to my account. I believe this practice is unfair and harms me as a user who simply wants to continue using the service. I kindly request that my Umingle account be unblocked and that I be allowed to use and play on Umingle again without having to pay 39,900 Rp or any other fee, and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
