Umingle Web Account Blocked and Asked to Pay for Unblocking

My Umingle acount was suddenly blocked yesterday and this situation has been going on for about two days. When I tried to log in, my account was shown as blocked and I was asked to pay Rp 39.900 for “permanent unblock”. I have never made any payments or purchases on Umingle Web before. Before the block occurred, I was only logging in normally and was not doing anything else such as topping up, doing special tasks, or similar activities. I did not receive any prior warning or explanation about a violation or reason for the block. I do not accept being forced to pay Rp 39.900 just to open my account, especially since I did not commit any violation that I am aware of. I request that my Umingle Web account registered with the email address marbell***[email protected] be unblocked without any payment and that I be given a clear explanation of why this block was applied.
