Umingle Account Banned for Underage Verification

I am an Umingle user and today my account was suddenly banned on the live streaming section with the reason that I was marked as being under 18 years old. As a result of this ban I can no longer start live streams or join live chats, even though I am actually over 18. On the screen it now shows a “You are banned” notice and there is even a payment page asking for Rp39,900 to remove the ban. I find this very uncomfortable and feel this is unfair because my access has been blocked without proper verification of my age and is being linked to a payment request. Through this complaint I kindly request Umingle to immediately remove the ban on my account, restore my right to do live streams and live chats, and review this underage marking so that similar incidents do not happen again to other users.
