Umingle Account Banned for Under 18 Due to Wrong DOB and Unban Request

I am using a standard account on Umingle and on 15 September 2026 my account was suddenly banned with the allegation that I am “under 18.” On the ban screen, I was asked to pay 39,900 Rp to remove the ban. I am legally over 18 and the situation was caused by an incorrect age/date of birth entry, not because I am actually underage. After the ban, I contacted Umingle to explain that I am an adult and that this was a mistake. Despite this, my account is still banned and I am still being shown a payment request to lift the ban. I request that my Umingle account be unbanned without any payment being requested from me, and that the “under 18” restriction be removed after my age information is checked correctly. I also request that no similar unjustified payment request be shown to me again in the future.
