Umingle Account Banned for Explicit Messages and Asked to Pay $9.99

Today, when I tried to start a video chat on Umingle from my computer, I saw a screen saying that I am banned with the ban ID 1d0f9f97. On this screen, the ban reason is stated as “Explicit messages” and I am asked to pay $9.99 by PayPal or credit card in order to remove the ban. I do not accept being asked to make a payment to lift this ban and I find it unfair that access to my account is blocked in this way. I request that my ban with the ID 1d0f9f97 be removed without any payment and that my access to the service be restored.
