Umingle Account Banned Despite Being Over 21

I am writing regarding an issue with my Umingle account on my Android device via Google Play. Although we are over 21 years old, our account was suddenly banned. Until yesterday everything was working normally, but today when we try to log in, the app simply says that we are banned and does not allow us to access the platform. We meet the legal age requirement to use Umingle, and we are not aware of any violation that would justify a ban. There was no prior warning or clear explanation given in the app. I kindly request that our account ban be reviewed and lifted as soon as possible so that we can continue using Umingle, and that we are informed of the reason for this ban if there is any specific issue that needs to be clarified.
