I am a regular Umingle user from the Philippines and my account was banned about a week ago due to an 18+ restriction, even though I am already 21 years old. The app shows that it is for 18+ but my account still ended up banned, and I did not receive any clear error message or explanation about the reason for this action. I have not violated any rules to my knowledge and I did not receive any prior warning. I also have not been contacted by support, nor have I been given any guidance on how to fix this issue, even though my age clearly meets the requirement to use the platform. I kindly request that my Umingle account be reviewed, my age be verified through the appropriate process, and the ban be removed so that I can use my account again without this problem happening in the future. I would appreciate a clear explanation of why my account was flagged and what steps I need to follow if any further verification is required.
