Umingle Wrongly Flagged Me as Under 18

I am writing regarding the blocking of my Umingle account due to an alleged age restriction violation. When I tried to log in to Umingle last night using my Google account, I was informed that my account had been banned because it was considered to be under 18 years old. However, I am actually 22 years old. I had not used Umingle for about a week because I was ill, and when I wanted to use the application again, I found that I could no longer access my account. This is only my second time using Umingle, and I find the application very useful for meeting new friends, which is why this situation is very disappointing for me. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and that the block on my Umingle account be lifted, as I meet the age requirement and am 22 years old. I would like to continue using Umingle without restrictions.
