Umingle Account Banned After Asking About Gender

I recently created a new account on Umingle and was still learning how everything works when my account was suddenly banned. On 13 October 2026, I was chatting with someone who told me that I had to guess their gender. Because I was confused by the way they were talking, I asked, “Are you a girl or boy?”, and shortly after this my account was banned. On the ban screen it says that the reason is “Gender Searching” and shows a Ban ID of 9ac60498, together with a payment page asking for 149 Philippine Pesos to remove the ban. As a new user, I genuinely did not know that this question was not allowed, and I had no intention to violate the rules or use the platform in an inappropriate way. I only asked because the other person themselves invited me to guess their gender and I was confused. I kindly request that this ban be reviewed and removed and that my Umingle account be unbanned without any payment, considering that this was a first‑time mistake as a new user and there was no bad intention. I also ask for a clear explanation of the relevant rule so that I can fully comply with it and avoid any similar issues in the future.
