I Got Banned Because I Didn't Know The Rules

My Umingle account was banned from messaging today by your automated system with Ban ID: d9d8b55a. The ban screen shows the reason as “Gender Searching” and offers an “Instant Unban” option for 149 Philippine Pesos. I am a new user on the platform and genuinely did not know that asking about or mentioning gender in conversation is treated as a strict rule violation. My intention was only to start a normal, friendly conversation, not to solicit, spam or violate any community guidelines. This was an innocent first-time mistake and not an attempt to abuse the platform. I respectfully request that you manually review my case and lift this ban on my account, without requiring any payment for an “Instant Unban”, as I believe this is a disproportionate penalty for a first-time misunderstanding. I now clearly understand the rules regarding gender-related searching or solicitation and I commit to fully complying with all Umingle terms and community guidelines from now on. I also kindly ask that any strike, flag or negative record linked to this ban be removed from my account history so that I can continue using Umingle under a clean status.
