I Cannot Access My Umingele Account Due to an Incorrect Underage Ban

Today, 26 May 2026, my Umingele account on the platform was suddenly blocked with the reason that I am under 18 years old, even though I am already of legal age. Because of this blocking, I cannot log in to my account at all. I request that my account be unblocked and reactivated so that I can use the service again. I am ready to provide my identity document to prove that I am over 18 years old if needed. I kindly ask Umingele to review my account, correct this error, and reactivate my access as soon as possible.
