Umingle Account Ban Issue for Gender Searching

I am writing regarding the sudden ban on my Umingle account. While using Umingle as a chat room and dating platform, I was banned after I asked another user about their gender. I did not receive any prior warning and I did not intend to harass, offend or violate any rules; I simply asked a question about gender in the chat. When I tried to log in again, I saw the message on your site saying “You are banned” with the reason “Gender Searching” and a Ban ID of 5ed269c0. The screen also offers an “Instant Unban” option for 149 PHP, which is the only way shown to remove the ban. I find it very unfair that my account is banned only for asking about gender, and that I am asked to pay money just to regain access. I kindly request that you review my case, remove this ban from my account and restore my access without requiring any payment. I am willing to follow all community guidelines from now on and I promise not to ask such a question again or violate any of your rules. I would appreciate your support in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
