Umingle $9.99 Unban Fee After “Gender Searching” Ban

For several weeks my Umingle account has been banned, and I only recently understood that the reason shown on the screen is “Gender Searching.” I was not aware of this specific rule at the time and did not intentionally try to violate the platform’s policies. When I log in, I only see a “You are banned” message and a payment screen asking for $9.99 to remove the ban. I find it unfair and worrying that my only option to regain access to my account appears to be paying this fee, without any detailed explanation, warning, or opportunity to defend myself. I request that my account be reviewed in detail, that the ban decision be reconsidered, and that my account be unbanned without requiring any payment if possible. If the ban is to remain, I would at least like a clear and detailed explanation of what I did wrong so I can avoid any similar situation in the future.
