False Ban From Umingle

I am 24 years old and I am using the Umingle Android application, but the system keeps banning me as if I am under 18. The ban screen clearly shows “Under 18” as the reason and asks me to pay 99 rupees for “Instant Unban”. This situation has been happening repeatedly, almost every day, and it has already occurred around four times. Although I am over 18, there is no option in the application or on the ban screen to verify my age with an ID or any other document. Instead, I am only shown the payment option for 99 rupees to remove the ban. I request that my account be unbanned without any payment and that you permanently stop banning me as underage, since I am 24 years old. I also expect you to provide a proper age verification method inside the app so that users over 18 are not forced to pay simply to regain access to their accounts.
