Request A Free Ban Review

I am writing regarding a ban I received on Umingle web with the ban ID 94da49b8. I was banned yesterday for “Gender Searching.” I honestly did not know that asking about someone’s gender was against your community guidelines. This is my first time using your website, and I made this mistake out of inexperience, not with any bad intention. I now clearly understand this rule and will fully respect it in the future. Considering that this is my first offense and my first time using Umingle, I kindly request that my ban be lifted without requiring the $9.99 “Instant Unban” payment. I would like to continue using Umingle in line with your rules and community standards. I respectfully ask you to review my ban once more and remove it as a one-time courtesy.
