My Umingle account linked to the email address “rahmat***[email protected]” was automatically banned today at around 00:50 WIB for an alleged underage violation, after I typed “M15” in the chat. This message was a prank during a conversation and not a real statement of my age. I am actually 20 years old, which is above the minimum age requirement of 18 for using the platform. I sincerely apologize for typing a misleading message that triggered your automated moderation system. I understand that Umingle strictly prohibits underage users and that messages suggesting someone is underage are taken very seriously for community safety, and I fully respect this policy. To clear up this misunderstanding, I am ready to verify my real age by providing an official government ID, such as my National ID or Passport, to prove that I am 20 years old.
