I Face Umingle Ban After Joke Message Triggered Underage Flag

I am writing regarding my Umingle account linked to the email address landenlin***@gmail.com, which was mistakenly banned about an hour ago, with the reason stated as “underage.” The ban ID shown on my account is be378279. The ban appears to have been triggered because my friend jokingly typed “I’m 15” in a chat, even though this is not actually my age, and I am not underage for using the platform. As a result, my account was suspended even though I comply with Umingle’s age requirements. I have already sent an email to Umingle support about this situation, but have not yet received any response. I respectfully request that you review this ban, check the relevant chat context, and remove the ban from my account as soon as possible, as it was clearly caused by a joke message and not by a real policy violation. I would like my account to be restored and my access to Umingle to be reactivated without any strike or negative record, since I meet the age requirements, and this was a misunderstanding.
