Please Unban Me
I use the Umingle video chat service under the email address clodej***@hotmail.com. When I tried to log in today, I saw a screen saying “You are banned” with a ban ID a77938ac and the reason shown as “Inappropriate Content” along with an “Instant Unban: £5.99” option. I have never violated any Umingle rules to my knowledge and have not received any warnings or previous sanctions. I do not understand why my account has been banned and I strongly believe this decision is unjustified, especially when an instant unban is being offered in exchange for payment. Since I could not find a clear way to contact support from within the app, I am submitting this complaint to request that my account be reviewed in detail and that the ban on my Umingle video chat account be lifted. I also request a clear explanation, with evidence if possible, of what specific action supposedly violated the rules, because I am not aware of any such behaviour.
