Kindly Request To Unban My Umingle ID

I am a user of the Umingle video call website and my account with the ID “de453***” was banned today. I believe this ban is the result of a prank by another user and that I did not violate the rules intentionally. During a video call, the other person said they would try to guess my birthday and asked me to type “m14”. After I did this, my account was suddenly banned. I did not receive a clear explanation and I did not understand that this action could be interpreted as breaking any rules. I have not contacted support before this message. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and unbanned. I would be grateful if you could check the relevant call and chat records and reconsider the ban decision, as I believe this was a misunderstanding caused by another user’s prank.
