I am writing regarding the ban placed on my Umigle account on 17/05/2026. I live in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, and had been using Umigle normally when my account was suddenly banned. I received information that the reason for this action was “age restriction.” I would like to state that I did not intend any harm or misuse on the platform and I believe this ban was applied unfairly. My account was not inappropriate “for everyone,” and I was simply using the service like any other user. After the ban, I contacted Umigle support and was informed that it was due to age restriction, but I still feel this decision should be reviewed more carefully. I kindly request that my account be re‑evaluated and that the ban be removed from my Umigle account. If necessary, I am ready to provide any additional information or verification you may need.
