I Want To Be Unbanned!

My Umingle account was suddenly banned when I tried to log in via the website today. A “You are banned” message appeared saying the reason was “Explicit messages” and asking me to pay to remove the ban. I am 20 years old and I did not do anything wrong or send explicit messages on the platform. The last time I used Umingle was yesterday and everything was normal. Today, without any warning, my account was blocked and I was asked to make a payment to get it unbanned. This situation does not make sense to me and it is very upsetting because I have simply been using Umingle to play and have fun, not to violate any rules. I request that my Umingle account be fully unbanned without any payment requirement, that I can use the platform again as before, and that this unjust ban and payment request be removed from my account.
