I Request An Appeal For My Umingle Gender Searching Ban

Today at around 04:20, my Umingle account on the web browser was suddenly banned with the reason “gender searching.” I have never used Umingle to search for a specific gender, so I believe this ban is a mistake. Right before the ban, I ended a conversation by writing “have a great day man/woman,” as a polite goodbye. Immediately after that, my account was banned. This message was not an attempt to search for a specific gender or to break any rules. My ban ID is ff4623c2. I kindly request that my account and this ban be reviewed and that the ban be lifted so I can use the service and text chat again.
