My date of birth is 1 September 2004, so I meet the platform’s age requirement. Before the ban, another user told me to type “f11” in the chat and, out of curiosity, I did so. Shortly after this, my account was banned with the explanation that I was underage. I believe this decision is based on a misunderstanding or an automated error rather than my actual age. I kindly request that Umingle review the age-related decision on my account, verify my date of birth, and lift the permanent ban if there is no other violation.
