Umingle Asking Rp19,999 to Restore My Banned Account

I am an adult user of the Uminggle website and recently found that my account was banned for the reason stated as “explicit messages.” After the ban, the site is now asking me to make a payment of Rp19,999 to reopen my account. The ban occurred roughly between two weeks and one month ago. I believe this is unfair, as my age is already 18+ and I do not accept that I should be forced to pay just to have my account restored. I request that my Uminggle account be unbanned without any payment requirement and that the restriction placed on my account be removed. I also expect a clear explanation of why my account was banned in this way.
