Getting My Umingle Account Unblocked

I use the Umingle website and on 05/10/2026 my age verification was denied and I was flagged as under 18. After this decision my account appears to be completely blocked and I am unable to use the website at all. I am legally over 18 and can provide any documents needed to prove my age. As far as I can see, there is no clear way on the website for me to appeal this decision or upload documents, so I have not been able to take any steps to resolve it directly with Umingle. I request that my age be reviewed again based on proper documentation, that my account access be restored if I am confirmed to be of age, and that I be informed clearly about how I can submit my proof of age for this review.
