Umingle Banned Wrong Age Verification

I am writing regarding a serious issue with my Umingle account on the website. A few days ago, the system wrongly flagged me as being under 18. I went through the age verification process, clearly showing my ID and face, yet the site still shows that my age verification is denied and my account is flagged. Because of this, my account has effectively been restricted for about three days and I cannot use the platform properly. The system also does not allow me to contact Umingle support from within my account, so I have no direct way to resolve this through normal channels. I request that my age verification be reviewed again, the false underage flag be removed, and my account be fully restored as soon as possible, as I have already provided valid ID and face verification.
