Gender Searching : An Unjustified Sanction Given To Me, Please Fix

I have been using the Umingle website and when I tried to log in today, I saw that my account had been banned with the reason stated as “Gender Searching.” Until seeing this message today, I was not aware that my account had been banned or that I had violated any rule. The website also shows a Ban ID as well as an option for “Instant Unban” in exchange for payment, which I find extremely unfair and overwhelming. My account is registered with the email address rejesusgr***[email protected]. I did not knowingly or intentionally violate any rule on the platform and I believe this ban has been applied in error by Umingle. I do not think it is acceptable to be banned without a valid reason and then asked to pay in order to have my account unbanned. I was not given any prior warning, explanation, or chance to respond before such a strict sanction was applied. I kindly request that my Umingle account be unbanned immediately without any payment requirement and that the ban applied to my account be reviewed and corrected. I also expect a clear explanation of why this ban was imposed despite me not breaking any rules, and assurance that such unfair practices will not be repeated in the future.
