Udemy Refund Problem With %7 Watch

I can’t proceed with my Udemy refund request because of the viewing history, even though I only watched 7% of the course over 3–4 days. I didn’t find the content useful or relevant to what was promised in the course description. Isn’t this ridiculous? I want my money back. I even contacted customer support, but they gave me a generic response that didn’t solve anything. I will file complaints about this everywhere—enough is enough. You advertise a 30-day free return policy when purchasing the course, but then refuse to issue the refund.
