My Udemy Refund Denied Despite Watching Only 30 Minutes

On November 20, 2025, I purchased an Udemy course for $5. I requested a refund the same day. The total duration of the course is around 8 hours, and I only watched the first two free preview videos plus about 30 minutes of the paid content. Since I didn’t like the course, I attempted to request a refund, but I received a message stating that I had “watched a large portion of the course.”

However, the amount I watched is very minimal compared to the full course duration, and the first two videos are free previews accessible to everyone.

I am not requesting anything other than a refund. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved and that the amount I paid be refunded.
