Growtopia Account Ban For No Reason - Ubisoft Ignoring Refund!
My account, "Olwx," in the Growtopia game was banned for 730 days approximately 1-1.5 weeks ago without any explanation, despite having no illegal activity. I spent over ₺30,000 on my account and have not violated any rules to date. I didn't encounter any suspicious circumstances or symptoms before the ban; my account was suspended completely suddenly and without cause. I've been contacting Ubisoft support for a week regarding this issue, repeatedly explaining the situation in detail. However, each time I receive automated, unresolved responses, and I haven't been provided a reference number. My grievance continues, and I'm receiving no assistance whatsoever. I demand a thorough review of my account, that I be recognized as having been banned without cause, and that my account be reinstated as soon as possible. I want access to the account I've invested in for a long time and invested heavily in.
