Ubisoft Suspended My Account for No Reason After I Spent ₺

I just got suspended from Ubisoft for absolutely no reason—again! This is the second account I’ve lost, and I’m beyond frustrated. I’ve spent a lot of money in their in-game store, purchasing everything legally and directly from Ubisoft, yet they still banned me. How is this fair? I didn't cheat, exploit, or break any rules, yet my account is gone, along with all the money I spent. This is completely unacceptable! Ubisoft, you need to fix this now. Restore my account or refund the money I wasted on your platform. You can’t just take people’s money and then ban them without explanation. Anyone else dealing with this issue? Ubisoft, do better!
