Two months ago, I tried to log into my Growtopia account and was shocked to see a “suspended” warning. I had no idea what was going on. After doing some research, I emailed support and was told I had been banned for using a cheat program—which I never even touched. I’ve never used any third-party tools, cheats, or scripts. I just played the game casually with my friends.
Ubisoft seems to be targeting innocent players like me, while actual casino owners and scammers still roam free. Because of this unjust ban, I lost five years' worth of progress, memories, and social connections built through the game. Growtopia was more than a game to me—it was how I stayed in touch with friends I no longer see in real life. And now, it’s all gone.
Ubisoft, this is incredibly unfair. I demand that my account be reviewed again and my ban be lifted. You’ve taken away not just a game, but a digital space filled with years of friendship and fun. I will not start over. Please fix this mistake.
