I have been playing PUBG Mobile for over six years, investing a great deal of time and approximately ₺30,000 into my account (ID: 5180****95). On January 26, during a ranked match, I experienced a sudden internet outage due to a power cut. My Wi-Fi disconnected, and I immediately switched to mobile data. Right after this connection change, my account was unexpectedly banned.

I have never used cheats, hacks, or any third-party software. I tried logging in from different devices and internet connections, but the ban warning still appears. I contacted PUBG Mobile customer support, but my appeal was rejected without any detailed explanation.

I firmly believe this ban was applied in error and request that my account be reviewed and reinstated immediately. My account holds years of effort and significant financial investment, and losing it this way is unacceptable. If restored, I am willing to continue supporting the game and making UC purchases. I urge PUBG Mobile to correct this mistake and prevent similar issues for loyal, long-term players.
