I’ve been dealing with serious, ongoing issues in the game Growtopia, which have now made the game almost unplayable for me. Every time I log in, I encounter countless bots and fake accounts, which completely ruin the gameplay experience and make me question the game’s overall integrity. This isn’t just my experience — I’ve seen many other players reporting the same problems within the community.
I have reported these issues multiple times to Ubisoft Support, but every time I receive automated or irrelevant responses that do not address the actual problem. No concrete action has been taken, and the situation keeps getting worse. When I expressed my frustration publicly on X (formerly Twitter), one of Ubisoft’s moderators threatened me, and shortly after, my account (username: acilarayurudum12) was banned for 730 days. I believe this was completely unfair and an abuse of moderation authority.
Throughout this entire process, Ubisoft has offered no support, no explanation, and no apology. It’s unacceptable that genuine players are being punished while bots and fake accounts continue to flood the game.
I’m requesting that my account be reinstated, that Ubisoft formally apologizes for the way this situation was handled, and that serious action be taken to remove bots and fake accounts from Growtopia. Ubisoft needs to take user complaints seriously and implement permanent solutions to prevent similar mistreatment of players in the future.
