Can't Access Ubisoft Account Due to Email Issue – No Response from Support
I am having serious trouble accessing my Ubisoft account (username: Egencay) after needing to uninstall Rainbow Six Siege to free up space on my computer. Unfortunately, I can’t log back in because I don’t remember the password for the email associated with my Ubisoft account, and Ubisoft won’t allow me to change the email, even after I provided all the necessary account information. I submitted a support ticket on August 20, detailing the issue, yet I still haven’t received a response. The problem is worsened by the fact that my Steam and Ubisoft accounts are linked with different emails, resulting in a “ownership cannot be verified” error on Steam. I own the game on Steam but can’t access it due to this email conflict. Ubisoft, please respond and resolve this access issue, as I’m unable to play a game I’ve paid for.
