I Can’t Play Rainbow Six Siege on Epic Games Due to Ubisoft Account Issues

Hi, I’ve been dealing with a frustrating issue involving Ubisoft and Rainbow Six Siege. I own the game through my Epic Games account, but whenever I try to launch it, I get a “Crash dump” error that prevents me from playing. I contacted Ubisoft support about it and didn’t hear back for three days. When they finally responded, they claimed the issue might be related to an old Ubisoft account that was previously linked.
They asked me to submit another support form, which I did. I was told I’d get a response within 48 hours, but after waiting, the ticket status simply showed “Not delivered.” I submitted yet another form, explaining that my old Ubisoft account had been taken over months ago—its email and password were changed by someone else, and I can no longer access it. I also explained that I don’t remember many details about that account.
Instead of offering help, Ubisoft told me they couldn’t recover the account. When I asked how to resolve the Rainbow Six Siege issue without it, they just repeated that I needed to recover the old account and submit the form again.
