Uber Keeps Charging My Account Unfairly

Uber keeps charging my account unfairly. Even though I haven’t used the app, Uber continues to withdraw money from my account without permission. I double-checked my ride history, and there are no trips that explain these charges. It feels like the system is charging random amounts with no justification. I’ve tried to contact customer service multiple times, but there has been no response. I submitted a complaint through the app, but still received no reply. There’s no contact number and no representative to speak to. I’ve lost thousands even though I haven’t taken a single trip. I will take this matter to court. Please think twice before using this app!
