Uber Charged Me Without a Ride - Did Not Provide Any Explanation

I have been using a taxi from the Uber application for a while. When I used a taxi, there were a few strange provision transactions. I complained once and saw that it was returned. April March 24, 2025, the last time I used a taxi, paid a fee of about ₺10,000 piece by piece on April 03, 2025, even though I never used a taxi, and I notice this when they tell me that my limit is insufficient when paying an account to an institution. You can withdraw a person's money under the name of provision for no reason, and if you multiply this with thousands of users, it will be a good amount of money. I guess you operate it and deposit it back to us. There can be no different explanation for the provision withdrawn out of the blue because, in my opinion. I demand my money to be refunded. I would like you to know that after receiving my refunds, I will never use Uber again and that I will tell everyone about what you did and inform them not to use it. Actually, I won't deal with a controversial issue!
