Turna.com Charged Me to Fix One Letter in the Passenger’s Name

We purchased two tickets on Turna.com for a flight from St. Petersburg to Kazan. Right after completing the payment, we noticed that there was a minor spelling error in the second passenger’s name—just a single letter was incorrect. The correct name should have been “H******,” but it was mistakenly entered as “H******.” We immediately called customer service to report the issue, assuming it would be a simple fix. Instead, they informed us that correcting this tiny mistake would incur a penalty fee of ₺1,750. This is completely unfair and feels like we’re being taken advantage of for something that could have easily been corrected right after the booking. We acted quickly, were transparent, and yet we’re being punished for a simple typo. Turna.com must resolve this issue by refunding the excessive charge and implementing a more reasonable and customer-friendly name correction policy.
