Turkish Airlines Didn't Inform About Consent Form For Kids And Refused Cancel Request

I got tickets for me and my two kids from Turkish Airlines for the SAW-GYD flight on May 29, 2023, leaving at 00:15. When I was booking, picked the right passenger type for my kiddos, but I didn't know I needed another paper because the system didn't give me a heads up. we didn't have enough info and it caused a big hassle. When I got to the airport, the officials told me I needed a consent form for my kids. Because of this document that was missing, I couldn't go through passport control and get on the flight. I tried to cancel the tickets right away, but the system gave me an error. Yo, I needed help so I hit up customer service, but turns out they're closed right now. Bummer. So, I was stuck at the airport with my two kiddos, told Turkish Airlines what was up, but their response was totally ridiculous. So, they're saying I wasn't able to get on, even though I tried calling and messaging them a bunch of times to explain what was going on. Man, this is so uncool. They're not even trying to help out their passengers who are affected. they're supposed to be this big shot airline, but they didn't even care about my situation and just brushed off my complaints. Also, since I bought a round-trip ticket, I couldn't use the return part because I couldn't get on the first flight.  Turkish Airlines could have just let us change our tickets so we wouldn't have lost the return ticket. But they decided to show that they didn't care and were being unprofessional instead. After this experience, I gotta go the legal route to protect my rights. I just hope people get that Turkish Airlines doesn't really care about passenger rights when something bad happens.  keep this in mind when picking your flights and buying tickets.
