Previously, as a Turkish Airlines (THY) Elite Card holder, I enjoyed various benefits such as free seat selection, CIP lounge access, and accumulated points. However, with the introduction of AnadoluJet into the system, all these benefits have disappeared. Officials state that AnadoluJet is a separate brand and not a subsidiary of THY but when searching for flights through THY and finding a suitable one, you are directly redirected to AnadoluJet, flights are operated with AnadoluJet-branded aircraft, and some cabin crew wear THY uniforms. It is clear that AnadoluJet collaborates with THY. According to the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, it is not possible to revoke acquired rights. I want this issue resolved. Despite downloading the AnadoluJet app on my mobile and registering, no advantages are offered. Even though check-in is done through the system, the boarding pass cannot be accessed or saved to the phone. Additionally, it is impossible to reach AnadoluJet customer service, even at midnight. All my flights with AnadoluJet so far have experienced at least an hour delay.
