Turkcell Superbox Gave Me a Faulty Modem - Ignored My Cancellation Request

Turkcell Superbox shooting power is very weak. The modem is faulty and cannot be replaced. I had to cancel my subscription. I explained the situation multiple times and even provided visual proof that the modem wasn’t working properly. Instead of accepting my modem replacement request, they ignored my termination of subscription. They acted as if the cancellation never happened and continued to send bills. I have to look for a solution here instead of customer service. Their lack of transparency and support has been extremely frustrating. I hope there will be a solution or other people will not suffer like me.

There has been no response to me in any way.

We wrote here hoping for a solution, but Turkcell has not responded to me. They preferred to terminate my subscription instead of changing the modem. They do not stand behind the product they sell. Think twice before using this brand.
