Turkcell Unresolved YouTube.com Premium Membership Issue for 2 Months
On 27.09.2024, a customer representative from Turkcell called me, stating that my package had ended and a new contract would be made, and in return, a 3-month free YouTube.com Premium membership would be provided. I accepted this offer. A code was sent to me. When we entered the link with the received code, the screen I will send as an attachment shows the YouTube.com Premium membership as 2 months. Despite discussing this issue with 7 people on the phone the other day and making efforts, they couldn't resolve it. I urgently request that the Premium membership activity promised to me be activated for 3 months. I can't get any service from customer service - no one is helping, and if it's not resolved within 2 days, I will write to sikayetvar.com. No one could solve this issue; they told me to write here and send documents, which I did, but still, you didn't respond. Therefore, you have already deserved complaints on sikayetvar.com and to Consumer Rights.
