Turkcell Promised 3-Month YouTube Premium but Only Gave Me 2 Months Instead

On 27.09.2024, I received a call from a Turkcell customer representative who informed me that my package had expired and a new contract would be made. In return, I was told I would receive a 3-month free YouTube Premium membership, and I agreed. I received a code, but when I entered the code into the link, it only showed a 2-month YouTube Premium membership. Despite speaking with 7 different people on the phone the other day and trying to resolve the issue, they still haven’t been able to fix it. I urgently request that the promised 3-month YouTube Premium membership be activated for me. I am getting no service from customer support—nobody is helping. If this isn’t resolved within 2 days, I will file a complaint on Şikayetvar.com. Nobody has been able to fix this issue. They told me to write here and send documents, which I did, but still no response. Therefore, Turkcell has fully earned a complaint on Şikayetvar.com and to Consumer Rights.

Turkcell Unresolved YouTube.com Premium Membership Issue for 2 Months

On 27.09.2024, a customer representative from Turkcell called me, stating that my package had ended and a new contract would be made, and in return, a 3-month free YouTube.com Premium membership would be provided. I accepted this offer. A code was sent to me. When we entered the link with the received code, the screen I will send as an attachment shows the YouTube.com Premium membership as 2 months. Despite discussing this issue with 7 people on the phone the other day and making efforts, they couldn't resolve it. I urgently request that the Premium membership activity promised to me be activated for 3 months. I can't get any service from customer service - no one is helping, and if it's not resolved within 2 days, I will write to sikayetvar.com. No one could solve this issue; they told me to write here and send documents, which I did, but still, you didn't respond. Therefore, you have already deserved complaints on sikayetvar.com and to Consumer Rights.

Hello, there was no solution. Your friend called and stated that the issue was not related to you. This was the response after 2.5 months. They said you need to contact YouTube, which is really a joke. Anyway, I managed to reach Youtube.com with difficulty and told them they needed to solve the problem. Guess what they said? They said you need to resolve the issue with Turkcell, who promised you this package. In short, my thesis is proven again. The fact is that I was scammed by Turkcell. Please fulfill the promise of the 3-month package that was committed to me.
