Turkcell Promised 1000 Mbps but I Keep Getting Much Lower Speeds
I use an internet service under customer number 11545736. Although my internet speed is supposed to be 1000 Mbps, I’ve been receiving speeds as low as 400, 500, 300 Mbps, or even lower throughout the day. On July 30, 2025, at 21:47, I called customer service to report the issue, but I couldn’t reach the appropriate representative despite trying. I’m tired of listening to the automated voice system for 3 minutes every time. I request that my complaint be forwarded to the relevant department as soon as possible, and I expect to use at least 95% of the 1000 Mbps speed promised by my provider. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved. Thank you.
