Turkcell Platinum Internet Is Very Slow And Unusable

I have been a Turkcell postpaid customer for years and I use the Turkcell Platinum package. Even though I have an 80 GB internet package, I cannot use my internet properly due to connection issues. At my location, I used to get very fast internet (25–30 Mbps) with the same phone (Xiaomi Poco C65), the same SIM card, and the same package, but now my internet speed has dropped severely (3 Mbps, sometimes 5–10 Mbps) and it constantly freezes. Despite calling Turkcell customer service many times, they keep telling me that the issue is caused by the base station and that necessary work will be done during future investment periods. They gave me the same answer when I reported the same problem a year ago. If you cannot fix a base station issue for an entire year, then do not provide service. You have no right to cause inconvenience to people—especially when you already charge very high prices yet do not provide proper service. I hope this complaint is seen by a Turkcell representative who can actually solve the problem, so that both I and other Turkcell users in this location can finally have this issue resolved.
