Turkcell Fails to Deliver Promised 100 Mbps Internet Speed Despite Repeated Reports

I constantly have speed problems with Turkcell. I supposedly have a 100 Mbps unlimited connection; I can receive 10 Mbps data on a wired connection. I report a problem almost every two or three days, they say the team will come and look. Then they say the team has looked; either it is not fixed or the same problem repeats two days later. They cannot find a permanent solution! They also say it will be checked within 24 hours every time, I lose my job all the time during this time! The wireless connection is also constantly at low speeds, it is not efficient at all! I pay my bill every penny and on time, but I cannot receive the service I was promised! Everyone in customer service is very kind and does their best to solve the problem, but your technical team or infrastructure must be very bad because this problem keeps repeating! I want a permanent solution, I am tired of opening a problem report and not being able to solve it! I have been a new subscriber for about 2-3 months, but if this continues, I will choose another internet service provider, taking into account the loss of canceling the contract, and I will never use Turkcell products again! I will share this negative situation I am experiencing with all my family, friends and people around me.
