Struggling with Turkcell Number Transfer Due to Blacklist Issue

My attempt to transfer my number to Turkcell was unsuccessful since I am on a blacklist. I was unable to complete the transfer even though I tried. There is no support being provided by either the customer service department or any of the local branches. What should I do next? I have no idea what to do. I would be really grateful for any assistance or direction to help me figure out how to handle this problem. I ask that you please get back to me as quickly as you can.
