For foreigners who will spend time in Turkey and need a GSM operator for internet, stay away from Turkcell Superbox. In case of an error or when you need help, it’s nearly impossible to reach them or get proper support. They promise one thing and do the opposite, and the only response you’ll hear is “we will call you back,” which never happens. Even visiting their physical stores doesn’t help, as they redirect you to call customer service that never answers.
